Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience is a must
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- must possess a valid drivers license
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must agree to a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness and respond to guest complaints to retain customers
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and uphold company standards
- maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing plan and conduct interviews following staffing procedures
- develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain high scores in health inspections and corporate operational standards
- ensure compliance with operational security and safety procedures to protect guests and employees
- manage shift operations effectively and respond to mystery shopper reports to improve operations
- adhere to financial standards to increase sales and minimize costs, analyze monthly profit and loss statements and implement plans for profitability improvement
- ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including invoices, payroll and administrative tasks
- foster community involvement including booking spirit nights and maintaining a strong local presence
