Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a service-oriented or retail environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in managing labor and schedules
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak business times
  • valid driver’s license
  • willingness to participate in a bonus-based compensation program

Job Duties

  • oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • manage and develop team performance through coaching and training
  • implement and promote sales and marketing strategies to drive customer growth
  • maintain high standards of site cleanliness and equipment functionality
  • resolve damage claims and oversee procurement of supplies
  • lead community engagement and represent the company at local events
  • collaborate with regional Director of Operations to optimize site performance
