Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a service-oriented or retail environment
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in managing labor and schedules
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak business times
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to participate in a bonus-based compensation program

Job Duties
- oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth functioning
- manage and develop team performance through coaching and training
- implement and promote sales and marketing strategies to drive customer growth
- maintain high standards of site cleanliness and equipment functionality
- resolve damage claims and oversee procurement of supplies
- lead community engagement and represent the company at local events
- collaborate with regional Director of Operations to optimize site performance
