Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional image and conduct
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet
  • Capacity to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop regularly
  • Ability to handle items up to 75 lbs
  • Willingness to work varied hours and days to oversee operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Experience in financial management including controlling labor and food costs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Ensure company standard operation procedures are followed
  • Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • Lead by example, maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
  • Ensure quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforced
  • Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make decisions to control key cost of sales and labor
  • Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
  • Address critical violations and provide corrective action
  • Enthusiastically meet guest needs and resolve complaints
  • Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
  • Coordinate opening and closing activities
  • Complete operational checklists daily
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
  • Complete paperwork and administrative forms timely
  • Resolve conflicts and improve team member performance constructively
  • Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet effectively
