Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional image and conduct
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet
- Capacity to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop regularly
- Ability to handle items up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work varied hours and days to oversee operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Experience in financial management including controlling labor and food costs

Job Duties
- Ensure company standard operation procedures are followed
- Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
- Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
- Lead by example, maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
- Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
- Ensure quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforced
- Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make decisions to control key cost of sales and labor
- Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
- Address critical violations and provide corrective action
- Enthusiastically meet guest needs and resolve complaints
- Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
- Coordinate opening and closing activities
- Complete operational checklists daily
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Complete paperwork and administrative forms timely
- Resolve conflicts and improve team member performance constructively
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet effectively
