Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • One to two years related experience or training
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and policies
  • Familiarity with supervisory and training practices
  • Ability to comply with employment laws
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures
  • Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
  • Supervisory practices experience
  • Planning and budgeting skills
  • Interviewing practices
  • Training and development knowledge
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, correspondence, and manuals
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must obtain Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure objectives are met in all areas following company guidelines
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, training, and development to managers and crew
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective actions
  • Conduct interviews and participate in employee development initiatives
