Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Previous hotel management experience required
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets

Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Set clear expectations and provide guidance to achieve exceptional performance
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing service standards and personalized experiences
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and achieve budgetary goals
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Foster continuous learning and professional development among team members
