Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- prior restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct others
- strong leadership and change management skills
- passion for team training and development
- ability to analyze profit and loss statements
