Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • prior restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct others
  • strong leadership and change management skills
  • passion for team training and development
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements

  • experience with safe food handling and sanitation
