Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and basic algebra concepts
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet business objectives
  • Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and skill advancement
  • Monitor and reinforce rigorous food safety procedures
  • Ensure protection of Wendy’s brand and assets through operational oversight
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals including participation in marketing programs
  • Maintain and improve quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Anticipate and handle problems by initiating appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure excellent customer service and fast, accurate delivery
  • Foster a customer-oriented and highly productive team environment
