Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Implement and enforce all Wendy's company policies and procedures
- Manage and train subordinate managers and crew to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Utilize company software and computer systems to track performance metrics and manage operations
- Stay current with all company training requirements and implement necessary updates
