Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid food handler’s certification preferred
  • Reliable transportation to the Houston TX location

Job Duties

  • Bring the HHC brand to life every single day
  • Be the go-to person for all things guest service
  • Ensure every meal meets recipe and plating standards
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Lead and inspire the team through coaching and feedback
  • Conduct monthly team meetings to motivate and align staff
  • Monitor profitability by managing sales, costs, and margins
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization following food safety standards
  • Order supplies and manage invoices and documentation
  • Develop weekly staff schedules balancing guest needs and labor goals
  • Manage daily deposits and change orders
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Follow all health, safety, and cash-handling procedures
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Company Operations
  • Support team members by stepping in wherever needed
