Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members including Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness
- Maximize store sales and profit goals through effective management and participation in marketing programs
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Monitor compliance with Wendy's brand standards and protect restaurant assets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff
