Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members including Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals through effective management and participation in marketing programs
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor compliance with Wendy's brand standards and protect restaurant assets
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff
