Job Requirements

  • prior leadership experience required
  • 4-6 years related experience preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • compliance with state alcohol serving laws if applicable

Job Duties

  • Management responsibilities according to company policies and laws
  • recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • planning, assigning, and directing work
  • appraising performance
  • rewarding and disciplining employees including termination
  • addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • shaping restaurant culture and employee engagement
  • coaching and mentoring team members

  • communicating sales performance and corporate programs
  • assisting team members as needed
  • championing sales building activities
  • maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meeting and greeting guests and resolving food quality/service issues

  • ensuring OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
  • enforcing safe work behaviors
  • monitoring quality food and cleanliness standards
  • controlling day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, food and labor management, and financial reporting
