Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
Exceptional leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage and motivate staff
Experience managing operations within major hotel brands is preferred
Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred

Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott is preferred
Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management is preferred

Job Duties

Execute full property oversight including maintenance and guest services
Drive financial results through P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposit oversight, and local sales execution
Lead, manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the hotel staff
Develop weekly schedules and administer performance management and disciplinary actions
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
Uphold brand standards across the property
Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to ensure alignment with company goals
