Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands is preferred
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott is preferred
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management is preferred
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight including maintenance and guest services
- Drive financial results through P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposit oversight, and local sales execution
- Lead, manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the hotel staff
- Develop weekly schedules and administer performance management and disciplinary actions
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
- Uphold brand standards across the property
- Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to ensure alignment with company goals
