Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of management experience in full service food and beverage operations
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in business math and accounting
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

  • 5 plus years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • develop financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals including food and beverage sales
  • control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
  • supervise and provide regular training for staff to ensure guest service and operational standards
  • manage multiple departments and review performance through meetings and profit and loss statements
  • maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints resolved
  • oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
