Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

  • oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring all activities align with company standards
  • manage and lead the restaurant team fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • implement and enforce health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining superior service quality
  • drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing and operational strategies
  • maintain and uphold facility appearance cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
