Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- knowledge of OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline staff including termination
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- assist in category job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA and health and safety compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash security, inventory, food and labor management, and financial reporting
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- control food costs through recipe and portion control and inventory processes
- optimize labor scheduling using company tools
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
