Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and handle various physical tasks

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary
- Address employee complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, and financial reporting
- Manage food, labor, carryout costs
- Optimize employee schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
