Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
- proven ability to manage multiple departments in a full-service hotel environment
- strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work on-site full time
- availability to lead pre-opening activities and ongoing operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor a diverse team
- Knowledge of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food and beverage program development and execution
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and drive guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with Marriott brand standards and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Partner with ownership and Marriott to ensure a successful hotel opening
- oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all associates
- implement brand standards, operating procedures, and service culture prior to opening
- direct daily operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and engineering
- ensure compliance with AC Hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain a strong presence in the hotel to support team members and engage with guests
- lead the development and implementation of the hotel’s food and beverage program, ensuring alignment with AC Hotel brand standards and the property’s positioning
