Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years in a management position preferably in a restaurant
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including a 47.5 to 50-hour workweek
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to manage financial aspects such as budgeting and profit and loss
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
  • comfortable working around heat and close quarters
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
  • capable of moving throughout the restaurant to observe operations and employee performance
  • able to work with cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management
  • strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • team building skills
  • problem-solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right

  • execute company-wide marketing programs
  • enforce all labor laws
  • uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • demonstrate high personal integrity and respect for employees
  • communicate performance expectations clearly and manage performance effectively
