Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years in a management position preferably in a restaurant
- ability to work a flexible schedule including a 47.5 to 50-hour workweek
- basic computer skills
- ability to manage financial aspects such as budgeting and profit and loss
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
- comfortable working around heat and close quarters
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- capable of moving throughout the restaurant to observe operations and employee performance
- able to work with cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- basic computer knowledge
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management
- strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
