Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • capable of multitasking and problem solving
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing intermittently
  • willing to complete training program provided by the company

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • hands-on leadership and team motivation skills
  • experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
  • effective recruiting and talent development abilities
  • knowledge of p&l analysis is valuable
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
  • start the day early by managing first bake and opening the store
  • ensure store is audit ready and all orders are executed efficiently
  • provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • float in positions during peak hours and support team breaks
  • manage closing procedures, prep for next day, schedule, order, and inventory
  • handle daily deposit and administrative tasks before and after shift
