Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to background and credit check
- Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs
- Must work 45-50 hours per week
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts including weekends and nights
- Must clock in and out when in the cone
- Must comply with company scheduling policies
- Must pass E-Verify employment eligibility
- Must maintain minimum schedule requirements including weekend evening shifts
- Must have flexibility for schedule changes approved by Director of Operations
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Practical experience in restaurant or retail management considered
- Managers Food Safety Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to achieve operational goals
- Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Schedule management and ensure coverage during peak business hours including nights and weekends
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee development using TRED principles
- Monitor and enforce food safety standards and maintain certification
