Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to background and credit check
  • Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs
  • Must work 45-50 hours per week
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts including weekends and nights
  • Must clock in and out when in the cone
  • Must comply with company scheduling policies
  • Must pass E-Verify employment eligibility
  • Must maintain minimum schedule requirements including weekend evening shifts
  • Must have flexibility for schedule changes approved by Director of Operations

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Practical experience in restaurant or retail management considered
  • Managers Food Safety Certificate
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to achieve operational goals
  • Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Schedule management and ensure coverage during peak business hours including nights and weekends
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee development using TRED principles
  • Monitor and enforce food safety standards and maintain certification
