Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years of leadership experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • willingness to uphold company policies and procedures
  • capability to manage P&L and understand financial reports
  • passion for team building and developing others

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience leading people
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible work availability
  • commitment to food safety and promoting proper procedures
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in fast food or restaurant management preferred

  • Oversee all people and restaurant operations
