  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time and on-site

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure operational standards and guest satisfaction are met or exceeded
  • Manage budgets, financial performance and staffing levels
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve hotel performance
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards
