Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services
- Lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure operational standards and guest satisfaction are met or exceeded
- Manage budgets, financial performance and staffing levels
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve hotel performance
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards
