Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience including proven success as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a full-service property
- Deep understanding of the St. Louis market preferred
- Exceptional financial acumen with demonstrated success managing complex budgets and driving profitability
- Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for guest service excellence and operational innovation

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, sales, marketing, food and beverage, finance, and human resources
- Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership
- Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and accountability
- Actively engage in the St. Louis market to strengthen partnerships and position the hotel as a preferred destination for business and leisure travelers
- Champion creative revenue initiatives including enhancing food and beverage performance and reimagining the retail experience
- Manage financial performance with precision including vendor relationships and fiscal discipline
- Collaborate with ownership and Davidson Hospitality Group senior leaders to align on strategy, goals, and long-term success
- Stay ahead of market trends and lead the team to innovate and adapt in a competitive hospitality landscape
