Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience in quick service restaurants or similar
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to upholding brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- coaching and development experience
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching and direction
- follow up on Department progress and improve restaurant operations
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain high team motivation and performance
