Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous management experience in quick service restaurants or similar
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • commitment to upholding brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • coaching and development experience
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching and direction
  • follow up on Department progress and improve restaurant operations
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain high team motivation and performance
