Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 5 years of management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • proven track record in people development and operational excellence
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to relocate to Northeast Florida
  • availability to commit to an initial 6-month On-Deck GM/AGM role

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

  • maintain exceptional quality and service standards that reflect the brand's reputation
  • implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
