Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 5 years of management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- proven track record in people development and operational excellence
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to relocate to Northeast Florida
- availability to commit to an initial 6-month On-Deck GM/AGM role

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high performance
- manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting
- maintain exceptional quality and service standards that reflect the brand's reputation
- implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and employee retention
