Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliance with state alcohol service age requirements as applicable
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- manual dexterity and reach
- verbal communication skills
- vision capabilities including color and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in alignment with company policies and procedures
- recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
- plan, assign, and direct work of employees
- appraise employee performance and provide feedback including rewarding or disciplining staff
- cultivate a positive restaurant culture and enhance employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management
- implement corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- drive sales through suggestive selling and sales-building activities
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and address food quality or service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain cost controls and profit management including food, labor, and carryout costs
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- follow cash control and security procedures
- manage inventory and financial reports
- oversee P&L management
- control food costs through recipes and portion control
- optimize labor schedules using scheduling tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform additional duties as assigned
