  • two years management in cultural, iconic, amusement or museum attraction is favorable
  • all education backgrounds accepted
  • must be 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Coach, supervise, direct all department managers to meet operational needs
  • schedule management personnel as necessary
  • develop training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety, harassment
  • host all meetings and conduct training sessions for management team
  • work with Executive Chef, Retail Operations Manager and Buyer to track, maintain and budget inventory and Cost of Goods
  • act as main liaison between Client and SSA
  • maintain close relationship with client staff
  • liaise with marketing to drive company efforts and guest experience
  • attend client meetings and report to Regional Manager
  • manage compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • maintain clean, safe and organized work environment
  • uphold company policies and procedures
  • manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, sales/per cap, controllable expenses
  • ensure fiscal deadlines are met
  • manage invoice processing
  • provide financial reports to Regional Manager
  • conduct business assessments and market pricing analysis
  • forecast weekly sales and maintain monthly sales analysis
  • manage payroll and controllable profit within guidelines
  • set sales and budget goals
  • minimize controllable costs
  • strategize revenue opportunities
  • perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service
  • oversee day-to-day functions of all applicable departments
  • implement SSA and client contracts
  • support discipline documentation and maintain operating manuals
  • review special event plans
  • manage menu design and pricing
  • participate in long-range department planning
  • manage capital projects
  • handle business legal needs
  • ensure proper employee integration and exit
  • promote inclusive and supportive unit culture
  • manage unit publications
  • enforce sustainability efforts
  • drive community engagement
  • perform additional tasks as necessary
