Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food service or retail management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including executing all company policies and procedures
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards in food and service
