Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food service or retail management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including executing all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain Wendy's quality standards in food and service
