Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cafe or retail management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and other activities
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including heat, cold, and noise
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea products preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop a team effectively
- Experience managing store operations and financial performance

Job Duties
- Lead by example as a store leader and advocate for the team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and providing a total quality experience for guests and team members
- Generate new guests and build loyal local community relationships
- Ensure a safe store environment prioritizing health and safety for employees and guests
- Manage store operations and risk, track sales, and contribute ideas to support store growth
- Create memorable guest experiences through visual merchandising and product placement
- Build the store presence in the community to attract and retain talent
- Mentor assistant general managers and staff by sharing knowledge and embodying company values
