Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively
  • Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements
  • Ability to maintain safe work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to use vision effectively including close, distance, color and peripheral vision

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience in restaurant management
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant including policy execution
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, direct work, and appraise performance
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and foster a warm, friendly atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
  • Manage labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
  • Perform other duties as assigned
