Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous general manager experience required
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to lift 10-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- Strong hotel management background
- Experience in food and beverage management preferred
- Proven ability to build and develop dynamic teams
- Successful experience in owner relations partnerships
- Knowledge of local market preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
- Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and understand dynamic revenue management
- Drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls
- Foster a positive work environment and build effective teams
- Manage day-to-day staff leadership and guest relations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
