Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous general manager experience required
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Ability to lift 10-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • Strong hotel management background
  • Experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Proven ability to build and develop dynamic teams
  • Successful experience in owner relations partnerships
  • Knowledge of local market preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and understand dynamic revenue management
  • Drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls
  • Foster a positive work environment and build effective teams
  • Manage day-to-day staff leadership and guest relations
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
