Job Requirements
- motivate, direct, and coach staff during shifts
- supervise all staff including those under 18
- comply with state and federal labor laws, OSHA regulations and EEOC requirements
- enforce all Little Caesars policies and procedures
- ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet customer needs
- troubleshoot operational problems
- ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items up to 6 feet high and down to 6 inches off ground
- safely operate equipment such as sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle and pizza cutters
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean equipment and utensils
- count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- understand directions and product specifications
- process and complete customer orders
- comprehend training materials and standard operating procedures
- use mathematical skills for sales, inventory, employee schedules, and cash handling
- legally drive an automobile adhering to traffic laws
- supervise multiple people simultaneously and motivate them
- provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have basic math skills
- have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques
- demonstrate a proven track record of controlling costs
- possess strong management, team building, and communication skills
- be dependable and hardworking
- have the ability to work a varied, 42-hour workweek under pressure
- possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- have reliable vehicle and auto insurance
Job Duties
- ensures customers are served correctly and orders completed within service time goals
- prepares and ensures all staff serve consistent, high-quality products
- maintains standards for a clean and organized restaurant and professional staff image
- recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates staff as well as promotes others
- develops a productive team through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills
- ensures compliance with government regulations and a safe work environment
- completes all paperwork accurately as directed by the District Manager
- performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections
- manages financial responsibilities and cost control
- maintains frequent communication with District Manager and Human Resources
