Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including peak business times
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service
  • manage team performance through coaching, training, and development
  • implement local sales strategies and promote sales initiatives through superb customer service
  • collaborate with technical support and contracted services to resolve operational issues
  • manage procurement and inventory of site supplies
  • maintain site cleanliness and ensure high standards for site condition
  • lead community engagement and local marketing efforts to enhance brand presence
  • handle damage claims and ensure fair and timely resolutions
