Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or food service industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze P&L and take corrective actions
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
- Skills in planning and budgeting
- Experience with interviewing and hiring processes
- Knowledge of training and development practices
- Awareness of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or a related supervisory role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and quality standards
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with training and development practices
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
