Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
  • Experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
  • Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years experience as a restaurant general manager or equivalent food service leadership role
  • Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction for all store operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Maximize sales and profitability through effective management of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store team members
  • Manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • Maintain a safe and positive working environment
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers
