Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
- Experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years experience as a restaurant general manager or equivalent food service leadership role
- Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction for all store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Maximize sales and profitability through effective management of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store team members
- Manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- Maintain a safe and positive working environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers
