  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • ServSafe and local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English

  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • demonstrated excellence in service and culinary management
  • proven leadership and performance record as casual dining/full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe and regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant operations through team of managers and crew
  • demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster principles
  • drive a culture of operational excellence with focus on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
  • create an over-the-top crew experience
  • deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process excellence, and financial perspectives
  • manage staffing, training and inventory
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain positive team environment and promote professional development
