- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- ServSafe and local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English

- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary management
- proven leadership and performance record as casual dining/full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe and regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- lead restaurant operations through team of managers and crew
- demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster principles
- drive a culture of operational excellence with focus on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- create an over-the-top crew experience
- deliver balanced results from guest, employee, process excellence, and financial perspectives
- manage staffing, training and inventory
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain positive team environment and promote professional development
