Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience
- experience in a high volume full service restaurant with full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
- results driven
- trustworthy and team oriented
- passionate about the restaurant industry
- focused on operational excellence
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift 25 lbs

- Prior experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Windows

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
- lead and motivate staff to achieve operational and financial goals
- oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
