Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant experience
  • experience in a high volume full service restaurant with full bar
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • results driven
  • trustworthy and team oriented
  • passionate about the restaurant industry
  • focused on operational excellence
  • able to stand for 10 hours and lift 25 lbs
  • pre-employment screening required post offer

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Windows
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • lead and motivate staff to achieve operational and financial goals
  • oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • analyze sales and financial reports to drive profitability
  • implement training programs to enhance employee performance
