Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 2 plus years as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years old
- strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
- excellent communication and guest service abilities
- solid understanding of budgeting cost controls and pl management
- proficiency with pos systems and microsoft office tools
- able to stand walk bend and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot cold environments
- must be able to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on quality service cleanliness and team development
- oversee front and back-of-house operations labor scheduling inventory management and financial performance
- drive guest satisfaction and ensure consistent execution of Crazy Good Mexican Food
- train and develop managers and hourly staff
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- resolve guest issues and ensure regulatory compliance
- uphold brand standards and foster a positive inclusive workplace
