Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant management
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
  • Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate clearly
  • Visual acuity including color and peripheral vision
  • Must access all restaurant areas freely
  • Compliance with all state alcohol serving age regulations for relevant positions
  • Available to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy enforcement
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work activities
  • Appraise employee performance and handle discipline including termination
  • Foster a positive culture and high employee engagement
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members
  • Model professional, friendly, and hospitable behavior
  • Communicate sales performance and drive sales growth
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Implement sales building and suggestive selling strategies
  • Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • Address guest concerns and ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Maintain cost controls and profitability
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA and safety standards
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant conditions
  • Manage inventory, cash control, scheduling, and labor costs
  • Oversee physical maintenance of the facility and equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
