Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • capable of building and motivating teams
  • experience with financial and operational reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry
  • strong leadership and people development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
  • maintain operations and drive results through people development
  • ensure positive guest experience
  • manage cost control measures
  • drive sales and profit growth
  • recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • convey the Wingstop Way culture to team
  • ensure accountability for all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability, and quality assurance
