Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a leadership role
  • Experience managing P&L statements and budgeting
  • Strong team-building and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and labor management
  • Ability to deliver financial and operational results
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with ownership and corporate leadership
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel management

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering financial results and effective financial management skills including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
  • Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
  • Experience in achieving positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
  • Knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies to meet business objectives
  • Familiarity with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
  • Strong labor productivity management skills
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic execution skills to deliver results and enhance guest experiences
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager preferred
  • Experience with branded or upscale hotels is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results for hotel and food & beverage
  • Achieve business goals while ensuring the style and ambiance of the property reflect the brand for associates and guests
  • Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel performance, including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
  • Direct leadership teams across departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Maintain ethical leadership to foster associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering solid business results
  • Perform other duties as assigned by regional vice presidents and corporate leadership
