Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments
  • Must be able to maintain constant communication and work safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have good vision and physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused environment
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary
  • Create loyal customers by inspiring teams to say yes to guests
  • Foster collaboration and adapt to change to solve problems
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
