Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments
- Must be able to maintain constant communication and work safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have good vision and physical stamina

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused environment
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary
- Create loyal customers by inspiring teams to say yes to guests
- Foster collaboration and adapt to change to solve problems
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
