Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of upper-level management experience in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to encourage, lead and manage a team by example
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, monitor and participate in comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and average rates
- Work directly with ownership to strategize and implement projects for business growth
- Coordinate and assist with guest satisfaction and resolution issues
- Maintain collaborative relationships with restaurant and spa to promote overall property success
- Protect and enhance hotel assets through maintenance, security, housekeeping and capital budgeting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and proper handling of hotel receipts
- Coordinate weekly forecasting and planning of staffing and costs aligned with sales forecast
- Review and approve all operating expenses
- Network and engage in local industry events and community relations activities
- Supervise and develop performance across all hotel departments including reservations, front office, guest services, housekeeping, security, maintenance, sales, marketing, accounting and people and culture
- Manage employee lifecycle including hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewarding, disciplining and resolving workplace issues
