Job Requirements

  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
  • Must possess dexterity to handle kitchen equipment and tools
  • Comfortable working in a range of temperatures from hot to cold
  • Comfortable working near open flames
  • Ability to work in tight spaces
  • Strong communication skills in maintaining constant interaction
  • Requires close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Ability to work safely with alertness
  • May be required to work outdoors occasionally
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or food service management

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure all team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Develop self and support the growth of others through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and operational accountability
  • Consistently create loyal customers by ensuring excellent guest experiences
  • Foster collaboration and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
