Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
- eligibility to work in the country
- successful completion of a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- minimum 21 years of age

- prior experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals
