Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
  • commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • eligibility to work in the country
  • successful completion of a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 21 years of age
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • prior experience in a leadership or management role preferred
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to create a customer-first attitude within the team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to promoting food safety and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals
