Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong guest service skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Full availability for all shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work a 50-hour work week
- Good personal grooming
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to use pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead through example
- Work as part of a team maintaining a positive work environment
- Be flexible to change in the restaurant setting
- Perform administrative duties like cash drawer balancing and inventory counts
- Hire, train and develop team members
- Oversee pizza preparation, product quality, maintenance and cleanliness
- Provide daily feedback and performance reviews
- Cultivate fast, courteous, sincere, and positive guest service
- Other duties as assigned
