Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
  • plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivation
  • be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
  • take action first by ensuring food safety measures meet company standards of excellence
  • inspire and empower by maintaining high standards for guest and employee safety
  • be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
