Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments
- Willingness to travel to multiple stores as needed
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
Job Duties
- Execute the store plan to achieve sales and profit goals
- Manage staffing and personnel training to ensure high performance
- Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
- Implement local marketing programs to drive business growth
- Analyze profit and loss statements and apply corrective measures
- Conduct physical inspections of the restaurant and manage inventory
- Travel to multiple store locations as needed
