- must possess a valid drivers license
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- willingness to travel to multiple store locations
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- experience in restaurant management or operations
- college degree or equivalent experience in operations

Job Duties
- execute the store plan to achieve established standards sales local marketing programs and profits
- staff personnel effectively to meet business needs
- train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
- operate and maintain all aspects of the store for optimal functionality
- analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- conduct physical inspections of the restaurant and inventory
- travel between multiple store locations as required
